Video Teller

Our Video Tellers are real, bank tellers walking you through your transaction – just over live, two-way video instead of over a counter! What transactions can you do? Nearly any you’d do by going inside. Or, if you want to make a quick ATM transaction without a Video Teller, you can do that too!

Video Teller

With Commercial Bank of Grayson Video Teller, you can interact with a teller through an interactive teller machine (ITM), even when the branch is closed.

Video Teller Hours of Operation (Drive Thru)

  • Monday – Friday: 7 am – 6 pm
  • Saturday: 7 am – 1 pm

Video Teller allows you to:

  • Make Deposits with Cash or Check
  • Make Loan Payments
  • Initiate Account Transfers*
  • Withdraw Cash from Accounts
  • Cash Checks
  • Talk with a Live Teller

Plus, at any time, you can use the machines as an enhanced 24-hour ATM, with services such as:

  • Withdraw Cash
  • Transfer Money
  • Make Deposits with Cash or Check
  • Change card PIN

*You can initiate transfers if your debit card is connected to multiple accounts. If that is not the case, our Video Teller can make that transfer and connect your card to your account.

Video Teller Tips

  • When depositing or cashing a check, ensure that you’ve endorsed the check before doing so.
  • If inserted, don’t forget to remove your card or ID before pulling away.
  • Please ensure that your bills are all unfolded before inserting them into the machine.
  • No paper clips, staples or rubber bands, be sure all are removed.

Video Teller FAQs

What is an ITM?

ITM is an Interactive Teller Machine. This machine allows you to connect with a Video Teller utilizing two-way video during designated hours. The Video Teller will be able to assist you with transactions that you could do in a branch or have done in a drive-through previously. An ITM – which we will often refer to as Video Teller – also provides 24-hour ATM services.

How can I speak to a Video Teller?

What if I don’t have my debit card?

If you’re visiting the ITM during Video Teller hours, they can look up your account details utilizing your account number or your SSN/EIN. Please be prepared to provide your ID or to answer any necessary security questions.

Are the Video Tellers employed by Commercial Bank of Grayson?

Yes, our Tellers are employed by Commercial Bank and work at a Bank facility here local. In fact, you have likely received service from one of our Video Tellers in one of our branch facilities in the past.

What bill denominations are available? Can I choose the mix?

1s, 5s, 20s and 100s are available. You can inform the Video Teller on preference of denomination mix dispensed.

Will the Video Teller Machine dispense coin?

Yes, the ITM machines we utilize will dispense coin.

Will I need my ID?

You may need your ID when a Video Teller is assisting you. Your security is our top priority.

Are Video Teller Machines/ITM transactions secure?

Yes, your transaction is just as secure as if you were completing the transaction in one of our branches. You simply have the added convenience of never leaving your vehicle to complete your transaction.

Can I still use my debit card to withdraw cash?

Yes, once your card is inserted into the card reader, enter your PIN, follow steps prompted on screen.
