Introducing the Experience Center, VIDEO TELLER Team

Our Video Tellers are Commercial Bank team members serving you in real time through secure, two-way video. You are not interacting with a call center or automated system. You are working directly with a trained bank teller who can see you, speak with you, and process your transaction just as if you were standing inside at the counter.

Through our technology, you can complete nearly any transaction you would normally handle in the lobby, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and more. For quick transactions, you may also use the machine in traditional ATM mode without connecting to a Video Teller, even for deposit of checks and cash.

This service provides extended drive-thru convenience while maintaining the personal interaction and security you expect from Commercial Bank of Grayson.
